The idea of a "green" automobile that still has an exhaust pipe may seem far fetched, but there are some things you can do to make your car a little more friendly to the world around us. Unfortunately the green stuff in your radiator isn't very green at all when it comes to the environment. For decades your engine's coolant (or antifreeze as it's often called) has been composed of ethylene glycol, a chemical compound which is known to harm wildlife and poison pets.
